Code Enforcement is one of the
biggest issues brought up by Parkborough Residents. We all hate
seeing the broken down vehicles, oversized vehicles blocking views,
fences in disrepair, barking dogs at all hours, out of control
weeds/bushes, etc.
Now you can do something about it. Since we have become part of
the City of Centennial, we are privileged to the resources provided by
the City of Centennial and our tax dollars. There are a couple
different ways you can get your info to the Code Enforcement Office.
Call in your information:
Centennial Code Enforcement Office: 303.754.3320
Submit your information online:
http://co-centennial.civicplus.com/forms.asp?fid=54
Please make sure to provide details when contacting the Code
Enforcement Office, so they can move quickly and efficiently on the
violation.
Overview of Code Enforcement Procedures:
"When the city receives a complaint on a property, the code enforcement
office will contact the owner or occupant and inform them of the
violation and of steps needed to bring the property into
compliance. For failure to correct the violations(s), a resident
or business may be subject to fines of up to $1,000 per day per
violation. In many cases complainants may request anonymity."
We all want our neighborhood and community to be respectable and look
great. This resource now available to us will help in aiding what
those of us who are concerned want. If we all do our part, we can start
the cleanup process today! Please take the initiative and contact
the Centennial Code Enforcement Department for anything you feel is a
concern around your home.
