Parkborough was built in 1983. Its HOA is and has always been voluntary. We have an official set of Convenants and ByLaws the Board Members and Volunteers utilize to keep Parkborough a neighborhood we can all be proud to live in.

The Conventants and Bylaws are available on the Parkborough Community Discussion Boards under the Parkborough Forms and Documents section.

Please show your support by paying your dues, watching this site and upcoming newsletters for information and updates on the Parkborough Community, and participating in Community Meetings. This is your Neighborhood and it takes a little effort from all of us to keep it one we can all be proud of.
